Guake is overlapped by Gnome3 top bar under Wayland

Hello there,

I just upgraded to Fedora 25 and Wayland is now the standard display server. I worked around the #492 toggling issue as suggested. Now if guake comes up the first line with the prompt is overlapped by the top bar of gnome3. Therefore typing on the first line is obstructed.

It's a small issue, since hitting enter once will move the prompt one line and typing is not obstructed any more. Still good to keep track of it.
