console window not always focused when triggered with hotkey

Ahoi!
Sometimes (i would say 20-30%) my console windows doesnt have focus when collapsed with hotkey. If i collapse again, it has.
Using Ubuntu 14.04, guake 0.4.4-1ubuntu1
