Few problems with tabs

Hello!
I like guake - it is awesome, thank you! I know about yakuake, but still continue using your terminal even on Plasma and LXDE. But I have a few problems...
- When I use mouse, button for New tab is on the right side of the screen. But when I open a new tab - new tab is on the left side. So, while using netbook with little screen - it's not a problem. But when I use large monitor - I need to move mouse thru full screen to open new tab (from left to the right, from right to the left and again, again....), it's a little bit annoiyng(( May you move this button to the left?
- For example, I know a name of a tab, which I want to close, and I have another tab opened. I need to reopen that tab, then press Close tab. If I simply press close tab on necesarry tab - wrong (active) tab is closed instead.

May you modify these please?
