Ctrl + Shift + N no longer works on "Linux Mint 22 Wilma" (based on ubuntu 22.04)

Be sure to check the existing issues (both open and closed!), and make sure you are running the latest version of Guake.

**I am running 3.10-2**

**Describe the bug**

I used to be able to open a new tab with this setting:

However no key combination seems to work after the system upgrade that include Control+Shift

**Expected behavior**

A new tab open when pressing Control+Shift+N

**Actual behavior**

Nothing happens

**To Reproduce**

Run guake on Linux mint 22 and add a key combination with Control+Shift

Ubuntu is probably also affected. My suspicion is either wayland or a new cinnamon version.
