Fedora DNF repositories have old Guake version 3.7.0 from 2020

**Describe the bug**

Hi, would it be possible to publish the newest Guake in the Fedora DNF repositories?

**Expected behavior**

When I run `sudo dnf install guake` I would expect to get the latest version of Guake, which currently is 3.10.0.

**Actual behavior**

I only get version 3.7.0.

**To Reproduce**

Run `sudo dnf install guake` on Fedora 39.
