Description

**Describe the bug**

Guake does not remember settings for non-primary workspace. Specific, the terminal color. Simply opening the preferences on the second workspace fixes the problem.

See video for example of bug (and the temporary fix): https://youtu.be/RpJvngHJUmI

**Expected behavior**

Guake should use my color preferences on all workspace terminals when starting up

**Actual behavior**

Guake uses the default colors on non-primary workspace terminals until the preferences are opened.

**To Reproduce**

- Use X11 and recent version (tested on 3.6 and master)
- Enable workspace-specific tab set
- Open Guake in 2 workspaces
- Restart Guake
- Go to second workspace
- Open Guake
