Follow up #1236
Instead of [executing `dconf`](https://github.com/Guake/guake/blob/3.0.5/guake/guake_app.py#L1059), appropriate [`Gio.Settings`](https://lazka.github.io/pgi-docs/Gio-2.0/classes/Settings.html) call should be made.
