Readme has a broken link

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to the README file and check the link for the Vue demo
2. Since the Vue demo is now splited into Vue 2 and Vue 3, the link does not work anymore

Check out the [React](https://github.com/Grsmto/simplebar/blob/master/examples/react/src/App.js) and [Vue](https://github.com/Grsmto/simplebar/blob/master/examples/vue/src/App.vue) examples.

Open the README and go to the Usage section. Check the Vue demo link against the split Vue 2 and Vue 3 examples, then update it to a valid destination. Done means the README's Vue link opens the intended demo and no longer returns a broken page.
