Turn Github site to dashboard

Requirements will have to be thought out, for now just logging this

- Either use an .xyz domain and start from scratch, or continue to use github pages. Either way, we should probably split into a new repository (probably for testing) and keep it synced with this repo

Start by turning the open-ended dashboard idea into agreed requirements, including whether to use an .xyz domain or GitHub Pages. Then clarify whether the work belongs in a new repository and how it should stay synchronized with this repository; the issue is done only when those requirements and the implementation scope are defined.
