Implementation of FueTrek ADPCM Playback (MFi Version `0300`)

Previously, playback of FueTrek ADPCM for MFi version `0400` was implemented (https://github.com/GrenderG/openDoJa/issues/15), but this game uses MFi version `0300`, and the ADPCM metadata format is thought to be different. There are no chunks such as `ainf`/`adpm` here.

## Issue
At 0:03, 0:08, and 0:15 in the video, voices are supposed to play, but they do not.

Note: Sound is turned off by default. Please enable it using the asterisk key.
