A function like `gotoLayer` to jump/focus on/to a geojson or so.

As we discussed here: https://github.com/Greenstand/treetracker-web-map-core/pull/90 we want a function to be able to jump a area showing the geo shape on the map.

Read the repository README and the discussion in pull request 90 first. Trace the existing map navigation and GeoJSON handling entry points to determine how a caller should provide an area or shape. Done means a function can focus the map on the requested geographic shape, with behavior aligned to the project’s existing map API.
