GET /trees endpoint support time filter

Query: GET /trees?startDate=[yyyy-MM-dd]&endDate=[yyyy-MM-dd] should be able return:
{
total: [the total tree number during this time range],
trees: [...]
}

And please update the `/docs/query.yaml` file with this change.
