After taking the picture of the tree the "notes" field option is showing. In the same space (maybe below) we need a tick box with an appropriate sign (UX input is needed) and one word such as "maintenance" or "re tracking". It would help massively if the growers can determine that themselves. The domain model has to also be extended for this info to support the capture matching tool.
