Randomly take a high-res image (feature request)

Building the reference image set (the virtual herbarium, e.g. for [Haiti](https://herbarium.treetracker.org/guide/guide_ht.html)) is greatly facilitated by viewing high resolution images. Bandwidth and storage requirements preclude the taking of all photos at high res. However, most photos are of a known, small set of species, and searching for new species is a process of sub-sampling thousands of images. If one in 50 or one in 100 images were hi-res, this subset could be searched and new species found more easily, and total bandwidth and storage would not be much increased.

**Describe the solution you'd like**

Either randomly, or regularly, take a photo at full res. This would be invisible to the planter/user. Send image as usual, but with a flag in the metadata, to be recorded in the main DB, indicating the resolution (perhaps resolution is now included in the standard metadata bundle?). The rate of sampling should be between 1:20 and 1:100.
