Tree Tracker app hangs up on splash screen.

**Describe the bug**
Tree tracker hangs up or stops working after user selects don't allow to all app permission prompts. In order to get the app working again I have to go through settings and force stop the application.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. On Android launch tree Tracker app test build 193
2. Select don't allow at the allowe tree tracker to take pictures and record video prompt
3. Select don't allow at the allowed tree tracker to access device's location prompt
4. Select don't allow at the allow tree tracker to access photos and media on your device prompt

**Expected behavior**
"Camera permission is required" message is displayed. User prompts are redisplayed so that the user has an opportunity to select allow.
