Group Growers by device id

The filter that is currently used "by device id" in the grower module is not super healpful. The most common way would be to be able to group by device id to see all planters that come from one phone. This would also help to understand what ground teams do. Scenario: Village leaders are often the ones having the hardware (phone) to track the trees but there are many outgrowers or planters that rely on their phones. The ability to group via device id and going further to show the sessions coming from the phone and the planter registrations and wallet registrations in a visually clear way would be of phenomenal help. see current functionality in screenshot not really being used much since you need to copy out the device id from a grower.
