Allow for Grower Image to be updated or added by user upload

Providing possibility when viewing a grower's details and clicking the edit button, to update not only the grower name, but also the grower's image by the admin panel user uploading a new image from computer.

Start at the grower details view and its edit button, then trace how the grower name and current image are displayed and saved. Done means an admin panel user can upload a new image from their computer while editing a grower, either adding one or replacing the existing image.
