End to end testing of messaging feature

The messaging tool is located at test-admin.treetracker.org under the menu item 'Inbox'.

The firebase release of the android application contains has the messaging feature enabled and functional.

In the Android app, use one of the following wallet names to use an account for messaging (enter this as 'email'):
mobile1@test
mobile2@test
handle2@test
handle3@test
handle4@test

You will need to tap 'upload' to sync messages (both sent and received)

Use the admin panel to author new messages, and respond
Use the Android app to respond, and fill our surveys
