Automate white label creation

Something I remember discussing during the retreat, but basically either an entire frontend or a scripted way to:

1) Take in a set of svgs/ pngs
2) Update colors as appropriate
3) Update any labeling as appropriate

And then produce an APK

No files, tests, or entry points are named. First clarify whether the intended solution is a frontend or script, then identify the existing frontend and Android build entry point; done should mean reproducibly turning supplied SVGs/PNGs, colors, and labels into a white-label APK.
