Ideal Phone List

**Create an ideal phone list for uses and organizations.**
History: in the past organizations have bulk purchased phones to use this system and have ended up with many phones that where unable to be used. There have been many requests to create a list of recommended and usable phones.

This list should be generated from data in the system and based on:
- **average time required per capture**
- **average reported/ or determined GPS accuracy.**
- **image quality**

Create a list of:

- Phones models that have functioned on the system,
- Number of captures per phone model + and average time stamps between captures (during working sessions)
- Average reported gps accuracy of each model
