Create Definition for a "Verified" tree

Design the experience, meaning or definition around "this tree is Verified" This statement shows up on our map under any data point that has been approved.

This could be changed to another term. Currently it is default on all trees that are uploaded and not rejected. (Rejecting a tree takes it off the main map).

There needs to be more information about what this means. The "verified field in the Database is not currently being used.

We have a `verified` field that is no longer being used. We also have `approved`, `token issued` `Morphology` `age` `species` `capture_approval_tag` `rejection_reason` `status` (not currently used)
