Description
What: A series of sequenced emails to inactive subscribers
Why: 76% of our audience is RARELY engaging with our newsletters. Though our average open rate is 39% and are well above industry averages, we are not engaging the majority of our audience and should aim for an open rate between 60-80%.
How: Send reactivation emails to subscribers who have not opened the last 15 campaigns and gather demographic data for tailored engagement.
