The following question was raised on the GSF Movement Platform in the SCI Fundamentals course:
> Thank you for explaining the SCI equation. Does the TE (Total embodied emissions) consider the disposal of the hardware at the end of its lifespan?

> Also, it's mentioned that the TE data is provided in Product Data Sheets or needs to be modelled. Procuring hardware manufactured from low-carbon energy sources can be another approach to reduce M when possible.
