I'm unable to fork the repo to open a PR (I think, a permissions issue?), so I'm uploading the updated file here with every EM region filled in, except for the Google Cloud "us-east2" region listed as Georgia, is not a Google Cloud region, though they have an edge POP there: https://cloud.google.com/about/locations
