[AI] Procure access to standards referenced for the Cloud Metadata dataset

There are a number of standards referenced in the Cloud Metadata dataset, like WUE, and PUE and so on.

Another example not used in dataset at present would be the Energy Reuse Factor Standard - EN 50600-4-6:2020

Ideally, to comment on this, or understand the relevance of it to the RTC, having access to these standard would really help.

I've started this issue after a discussion in the working group to list the relevant standards for GSF purchase
