Create IF Project page for Stakeholders

**Why**: To keep all stakeholders up to date with what's going on in the Project and how they can get involved
**What**: Create a centralised public page that hosts info about the IF project for all stakeholders with relevant links to more info

**Scope of work:**
- [ ] Design the page in notion that includes the current wiki info and place for PPPs
- [ ] Propose Design for the PPP content as last week as an example (ppp, highlihghts)
- [ ] Propose Design for Change logs / demos of released features
- [ ] Propose Design for a Roadmap
- [ ] Prep documentation on the process for keeping this page up to date
- [ ] Prep documentation on the process of how the page is distributed to stakeholders
- [ ] Review and feedback on all deliverables
- [ ] Incorporate feedback
