Updated Pack Titles Mismatch Product Names

Update Product name titles

- [x] `AWS Kinesis` should be changed to `Amazon Kinesis`
- [x] `Checkpoint` should be changed to `Check Point`
- [x] `Fortinet Fortigate` should be changed to `Fortinet FortiGate`
- [x] `Office 365`, `O365`, and `M365` should all be changed to `Microsoft 365`
- [x] `Microsoft Windows AppLocker` should be changed to `Microsoft AppLocker`
- [x] `Microsoft PowerShell` should be changed to either `PowerShell` or `Windows Powershell` (they're different products and we need to pick the one we actually support)
- [x] `Caddy Webserver` should be changed to `Caddy web server`

This is intended to be purely a cosmetic change. We only want to change labels that the customers see but not change anything functional (like Stream names).
