Description

In some cases fields for an IP range would be good to have.
Example:

`Blocking "192.168.1.100/32" for 120 secs (3 attacks in 5 secs, after 1 abuses over 5 secs.)`

Alternative or additional:
a field for /32 for subnet mask

Research direction

The issue names no file, test, or entry point, so first review the surrounding documentation and determine where fields for IP ranges or subnet masks are defined. Clarify whether the requested representation is an IP range, a subnet mask, or both; done means the intended fields and their documented format are agreed and added in the appropriate place.
