No way to dismiss Global API Browser Notification

## Expected Behavior
I should be able to dismiss the "sticky note" notification when using the api browser in global mode.
## Current Behavior
^ Presently there's no "x" or indicator that I can dismiss this and it's a bit of an annoyance.
