Display field list as the default section for pinned search sidebar

It is possible to pin the search sidebar, this setting is being saved as an user preference. We've implemented this feature to reduce the amount of clicks a user needs to interact with the field list. Another change which would reduce this amount, is displaying the field list as the default section when the sidebar is pinned. This way the user does not have to click on the field list section when opening e.g. a saved search.
