Description
## What?
I need more than one index retention configuration, today I need to, one for delete and one (manually) for close
How about two index retention configurations?
1. I want my logs for up to 90 days(delete retention)
2. I want searchable logs up to 30 days(close retention)
## Why?
I think this is really useful to total control over my indices retention.

* Graylog Version: 3.3.4
* Elasticsearch Version: 6.8.7
* MongoDB Version: 4.2
