Sidecar Collector Admin Page - Filtering Needed

## What?
The Sidecar Collector Administration Page can have many pages of agents, and if the agents are deployed via an automated method, or script, there is no way to filter out the agents with no policy on them. Need a way to filter under the "Configuration" menu item for . Also, would be nice to have the ability to negate the filter for all the options "Collector, Configuration, Collector Status and OS", so you can say, show me all but XXX

## Why?
Helps you quickly find sidecar's without configurations applied to them, especially when you are using an automated deployment method.
