Active shares in share dialog can be filtered by capability and by using a search input.

A user should be able to filter the active shares of the `EntityShareModal`. The idea is to have a "Show filter" button next to the list, which opens a row with filters. The filters should include a select to filter by capability and a search input to filter by any keyword.
