Repeat error message while selecting fields for worldmap, multiple issues at hand

## Expected Behavior
no unexpected behavior, no blanks, worldmap language is oriented at the user etc.

## Current Behavior
- when working with 'worldmap' the row fields selected have to be reordered in particular order or the graph dissapears.
- the names on the worldmap are in the local language, not the language of the user
- one city name was visible for all cities identified on the map
- error messages appear while configuring the world map
