Ability to change streams, search and query time for all widgets, but each individually.

## What?

If I want to change a stream of all aggregations, I just select it and click "Apply for all agreggations".
And the same should be possible for searchs and query time range.

## Why?

Cloning dashboards is a great feature on graylog, but it would be more powerfull if we could change all aggregations streams, or queries or time range at once. It's really painfull after cloning going into each aggregation and change it manually.
