Dashboards Templates

## What?

The users be able to create and edit template dashboards, that the changes in it goes to the children of it. Like classes work with Object Oriented Programming.
Them you can change a query or the fields of a table, or the rows of a bar chart, and the changes goes to all the children of this dashboard template.
And the ideal is that you can change the queries and streams on a child for some specific cases. And what you do on child overrides the parent template configurations in this dashboard. But you can click on buttons to configure back to parent configurations in a very granular way. Like the search and rows.

## Why?

Sometimes we have different sources of logs for a same product, and we want to keep different dashboards for it, and when we need to change those dashs we have to come throw all the dashboards. And it is really a lot of hand work that would be great if it was automatically.
