Add ability to retain originating time selection when pivoting to a parameterized dashboard

## What?

Add an option to the "insert into view" modal dialog that allows the user to use the default search time range, or to copy the time range that was used in the originating search.


## Why?

Carrying the search time window into a view will save the user a lot of time when pivoting into views, particularly when absolute time is used.
