Add field action to add set off values to the query

## What?
The user wants has a search result from a query which contains a s set of ids in one field.
He now wishes to search for all messages containing this set of ids.

## Why?
When searching for an error message not the whole context of the message is shown. One way
to approach this is using surrounded search. Another way is to search for related data. Like service ids.
