Description

## Expected Behavior
Releases should be synchronized between Github, the [releases](https://www.graylog.org/releases) page at graylog.org and [downloads](https://www.graylog.org/downloads) page at graylog.org

## Current Behavior
I log in to my graylog installation, I got a notification about a new version available. I search at google for "graylog releases". The first result points me to [https://www.graylog.org/releases](https://www.graylog.org/releases) where the last available version is 3.1.2 (when my installation is running 3.1.3)

In github the releases are updated also are in the Download page [https://www.graylog.org/downloads](https://www.graylog.org/downloads)

Any chance to keep all 3 sites in sync when new releases are available? Or if the releases page is hard to maintain or is deprecated, maybe redirect it to the downloads page
