Big Display Mode: Retrieve display settings and show dashboard

When the user enters a URL retrieved by configuring display settings for a given dashboard, the specified display settings are retrieved by id from the backend.

Afterwards, the referenced dashboard is retrieved and displayed in a stripped down view optimized for big displays, then - if rotation settings are configured - a timer is set up that switches between the configured query tabs according to the given interval setting.
