Create an Alert from a Message

Graylog Search or Extend Search would benefit from having the ability to create alerts from any log message, with a button, or menu item once you select the message. If you could also pull key meta fields (i.e. User Name, IP, Task) then the alert could be nicely populated with minimal effort

## Expected Behavior
Find a message in the interface searches or dashboards/views, and click on the button which would take the metadata and populate into an alert window. Allow for modification of the data and then save the alert
