Description
## Expected Behavior
The `Search query syntax documentation` and `Open query history` icons should remain vertically aligned with the top of the search input when multiline (or very large) queries are provided.
## Current Behavior
When a multiline (or very large) search query is used the `Search query syntax documentation` and `Open query history` icon positions appear to shift.
## Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)
1. Be on Graylog `7.1.8` (but presumably any other version)
2. Go to `/search` and enter a multiline (e.g. 4+) query.
3. Note the `Search query syntax documentation` and `Open query history` icons' vertical positions shift.
## Context
No real issue-- it just doesn't look great :)
## Your Environment
* Graylog Version: `7.1.8`
* Browser version: Chrome `152`, Firefox `154`

Research direction
Start at the `/search` page and reproduce the issue with a multiline query in Chrome or Firefox. Inspect the search input and the `Search query syntax documentation` and `Open query history` icons; done means both icons remain vertically aligned with the top of the input as the query grows.
