Deflector Index details not loading after cycling deflector

When the active write index is cycled from the index set details page, its details should show up on the page.

Reproduce the issue from the Indices page by opening Default Index Set details and selecting Maintenance → Rotate Active Write Index. Inspect the page behavior after cycling the active write index; done means the new active index's details are displayed on the page.
