Inconsistent behaviour during extractor editing

On the manage extractors page, selecting an extractor for editing exhibits inconsistent behavior.

## Expected Behavior

The list item I select for editing is the one that is opened.

## Current Behavior

A different extractor is opened for editing. Only on the second attempt is the correct extractor selected.
