Description
## Problem
The Syslog input silently applies special parsing logic when an incoming syslog message matches the FortiGate (or Cisco) log pattern. This behavior is not documented, which can lead to confusion about when and why the special parsing is applied.
## Proposal
Document the behavior, including the exact conditions that trigger each special path.
