Incomplete API Browser Search Filter Results

Using the basic search bar on the new API Browser UI does not seem to be filtering correctly. I was trying to go to the `Events/Definitions` resource and when I searched both `Events` and `Definitions` it was not in the filtered results. Using the advanced search filter or `Ctrl + F` in the browser worked, but the main search bar doesn't seem to return all results.

## Expected Behavior

API resources are correctly filtered when using the search bar in the API Browser
## Current Behavior

Some matching resources are left out of the search results

## Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Go to the API Browser
2. Search for `Definitions`
3. No `Events/Definitions` resource in the response

## Context

More difficult, less intuitive to find what I am looking for in the API Browser
