New Forwarder Input Page- clicking on Input links to forwarder input profile

## Expected Behavior

Smd.dev

On the System > Input > Forwarder Input page, clicking on an input title should link to the Input Diagnosis page.

## Current Behavior

Clicking on the Input title links to the Forwarder Input Profile.

Just to note, would also be nice to add the "Input Diagnosis" page to the actions dropdown on the Forwarder Input page.
