Sidecars Failure Tracking list cannot display the failed sidecars properly

## Expected Behavior

Displaying all the failed sidecars in a list, with pagination, just like in the Sidecars Overview List..

## Current Behavior

Failed sidecars keep appearing and disappearing while changing pagination pages.

## Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Navigate to System / Sidecars / Failure Tracking
2. Attempt to change the pagination pages.
