Error in hiding of Clusterconfiguration Page on Webgui

Hi, during removal of the New Cluster Configuration Read Role, ive stumbled upon the Fact that you can click on Throughput, Top of the Window, to get to System / Clusterconfiguration even when the Menu is missing
the link.

## Context
Im trying to remove some Stats, like Configuration Overview, Clusterstats, Warnings, Throughput from Standard Users.
