Suggestion for charts: Numeric metrics sign
When defining a quantitative metric for a chart, an option would allow the user to toggle its sign.
## Why?
This is useful in several situations. For example, when checking traffic from an IP address, say, from Neflow/IPFix/firewall traffic logs, I can create an ingress and an egress metric, being the sum of sent and received bytes, and represent them on the same graph with different signs.

* Graylog Version: 7.0.0beta.3 but applicable to 6.x. as well.
